Working knowledge of the C and C++ Programming languages, Experiencing planning, designing, developing, maintaining and managing compiled software solutions/projects. Extensive experience managing cross platform compiled solutions leveraging open source solutions along with proprietary (closed source) ANSI and Posix compliant code. Expert knowledge of general Internet Technologies such as HTML, DHTML, XHTML, XML, Javascript, JSS, CSS, Flash, etc. Working knowledge of ASP, VBScript and other windows based scripting languages. Expert proficiency designing and working with databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc). Intimate knowledge of the PHP scripting language along with Object Oriented Programming and Design. Have worked in single developer, development team and project manager roles in all areas of software development (scripted and compiled solutions).

Information Technologies / Systems Administration
Intimate working knowledge of command line *nix (Unix, Linux, BSD, etc.). Ability to setup, maintain and troubleshoot various applications and daemons for internet/intranet servers (sendmail, mysql, apache, etc). Proficient in setting up and using Microsoft Server and Desktop applications. Competent knowledge of networking technologies. Experiencing planning, designing, setting up and maintaining enterprise intranet networks including a mix of win and nix servers and workstations. Experience creating specialized *nix distro's used in the Elecronics Manufacturing Industry in the areas of Robotics and Industrial Controls as well as providing remote support to (worldwide) end users.

Sales / Marketing
I am a professional sales person with proven success in both commercial and residential sales. I believe that by combining direct sales with telemarketing, I maximize my selling time. This strategy makes me efficient in prospecting and qualifying large markets in a short time frame, as well as producing sales from tertiary markets with little or no direct contact. My ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with potential customers aids this marketing strategy as well as leading to repeat and referral business.

Customer Service
As a salesperson, good customer service skills are not just a good quality, they are a prerequisite. I am experienced in using computerized customer service tracking systems, as well as trouble shooting problems, handling billing inquiries, and saving cancellations. I am highly effective in managing my time so that miscellaneous duties don't disrupt daily priorities. I am familiar with processes such as contracting services, credit verification, financing documentation, billing, collection, etc.
